We sell, install, and service fireplaces, gas logs, fire pits, pans, shrouds, and other related products.  Every job is completed with safety, quality, and compliance in mind — following all local building codes and manufacturer requirements. 

•  Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. 
•  A deposit may be required to schedule installations or special orders. 
•  Final payment is due when your project or delivery is complete. 
•  Prices may change due to supply costs or unexpected site conditions, but we’ll always discuss changes before proceeding. 

• Installations are scheduled based on availability and may be affected by weather or permitting.
• Please make sure the area is clear and accessible before we arrive.
• If we find something unexpected (like hidden damage or venting issues), we’ll let you know and provide an updated estimate.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a small fee.

• All products come with their manufacturer warranty.
• Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the completion date.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or work done by others.
• To make a warranty claim, just contact us with proof of purchase.

•  Regular maintenance keeps your fireplace safe and efficient. 
•  We recommend annual inspections and cleanings for all gas fireplaces and fire features. 
• Service calls outside of warranty are billed at $250.00.  
• Expedited service calls are available with a surcharge.

Please follow all user manuals and safety instructions. Mountain View Fireplace is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. 

We value your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is used only to provide services, process orders, or contact you about your installation or service appointment.
We never sell or share your information. 

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect new services or policies. The most current version will always be available here on our website.
