We sell, install, and service fireplaces, including fireplace installation, gas logs, fire pits, pans, shrouds, and other related products. Every job is completed with safety, quality, and compliance in mind — following all local building codes and manufacturer requirements. Additionally, we offer fireplace maintenance and ensure that all our products come with a fireplace warranty for peace of mind.

Quotes for fireplace installation are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. A deposit may be required to schedule installations or special orders related to fireplace maintenance. Final payment is due when your project or delivery is complete. Prices may change due to supply costs or unexpected site conditions, but we’ll always discuss changes, including those that may affect your fireplace warranty, before proceeding.

Fireplace installations are scheduled based on availability and may be affected by weather or permitting. Please ensure the area is clear and accessible before our arrival for your fireplace installation. If we encounter anything unexpected, such as hidden damage or venting issues, we will inform you and provide an updated estimate, which may also pertain to your fireplace maintenance needs. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a small fee, and it's important to review your fireplace warranty for coverage details.

All products come with their manufacturer warranty. Our fireplace installation workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the completion date. Please note that the fireplace warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or work done by others. To make a warranty claim, just contact us with proof of purchase.

Regular fireplace maintenance is essential for keeping your fireplace safe and efficient. We recommend annual inspections and cleanings for all gas fireplaces and fire features to ensure optimal performance. Please note that service calls outside of your fireplace warranty will be billed at $250.00. Additionally, expedited service calls are available for a surcharge.

Your safety is our top priority. Please follow all user manuals and safety instructions for proper fireplace installation and maintenance. Mountain View Fireplace is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications, which may also void your fireplace warranty.

We value your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is used solely to provide services, process orders, or contact you regarding your fireplace installation or maintenance, as well as your service appointment. We never sell or share your information, ensuring your fireplace warranty and personal details remain secure.

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect new services or policies, including those related to fireplace installation, fireplace maintenance, and fireplace warranty. The most current version will always be available here on our website.
